The first time I met Carmela was a sad day. I attended the funeral of your father with my fiancé. What a small world when I recognized Joe from high school. I am so very sad for all of you. I was memorized by the video and her singing. I laughed as her grandchildren put her on snap chat. She went along with it. It is obvious she was loved and she loved her family so deeply. Beautiful memories of a life that embodied so much. Carmela may your soul rest peacefully and to her family, especially those grandkids, what a great bunch of you all are and better for having Carmela as your Nonna.

I worked with Carmella at Irvin and was also a neighbor up the street. She was such a warm, caring vibrant beautiful woman that everyone loved. Whenever I would see her, she was ready with a big hug to say hello. Even after so many years I think of her often. Deepest condolences from the Wherry family
