Obituary of Joe Muro

Joe passed away unexpectedly at the Hamilton General Hospital on July 6th, 2019 at the age of 60. Loving husband of Kim. Proud father of Joseph Anthony (Jodi) and Kara Jean (Luca). Cherished son of Rosa and the late Antonio. Sadly missed by brothers Vince (Karen), Ralph (Melissa) and sister Mary (Eugene) Genco. Son in law to Yvonne and the late Herb McGirr, he will be sadly missed by brothers in law Herb and Bill. He leaves wonderful memories with his many nieces and nephews and will especially be missed by his four legged best friend Max. A loving and strong pillar of his family, Joe was looking forward to the birth of his granddaughter. For over 40 years, Joe was the proud owner of J. Muro Plumbing and Heating. An avid car and powerboat enthusiast, he will be missed by his many dear friends and colleagues. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Thursday from 2-8 pm. Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning at 11 o'clock at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church Fort Erie.
