Obituary of Linda DeSimone

DeSimone: Ermelinda "Linda" Passed away peacefully at the Hamilton Continuing Care Facility on January 9th, 2014 at the age of 90. Predeceased by her husband Vincenzo her son Luciano and her daughter Maria Cellestini. Sadly missed by her grandson Steve (his wife Barbara) Celestini and her granddaughter Ann Celestini. Fondly remembered by her 3 great grandchildren, Julia, Kayla and Colin. Also survived by her son in law Sirio Celestini. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday January 14th from 11 am until time of departure at 12:30 to St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church for a 1 pm Mass of Christian Burial. A reception will be held at the Italian Canadian Club following the interment in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Alzheimer's Society would be appreciated by the family.
