Obituary of Gertrude French

Gertie passed away on Monday December 2nd, 2013 in her 90th year. Predeceased by her loving husband Andrew (2012). Cherished mother of Leon, Fern and Jeanine (Fred) Eade. Much loved grandmother of June Wolbert, Penny Wilson, Lori Noble, Dale Eade, Bill French, Michelle Nicholson and Darryn Stephen. She will be deeply missed by 15 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandsons. Also survived by 2 sisters Ida Pearson and Anita (Bill) Dion. Gertrude was a proud and active member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church and Catholic Women's league. BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES (1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie) entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will take place Thursday December 5th, from 2-4pm and from 7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial will take place from St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church (310 Central Ave. Fort Erie) on Friday December 6th, at 11am. Right of Committal immediately following at Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, donations to St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church would be appreciated by the family.
