Obituary of Bill Whitney

William H. Whitney "Bill" passed away peacefully on November 7th, 2013 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital in his 89th year. He was predeceased by his wife Gweneth on October 30, 2011. Bill is survived by his son William Jr. and Deborah of St. Alberts, Alberta, Daughters, Elizabeth Hastings of Brockville On. and Judith Baril and Michael of Prescott On. Step son John Morrison and wife Nancy of Rutherglen On. Many Grandchildren and great grandchildren as well. Bill was a veteran of WW II, serving in the Canadian Navy. A long-time and proud member of Central Lodge #110 AF&AM in Prescott Ont. Retired from Canada Customs Niagara Falls. Funeral arrangements entrusted to Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie. Friends may call on Monday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Services in the Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock.
