Obituary of Vincenzo Gianfrancesco

Gianfrancesco: Vincenzo “Jimmy” Passed away surrounded by his loving family on Saturday May 25th, 2013 in his 87th year. Beloved husband of over 65 years to Giacinta. Loving father of Pasquale (Christine), Joanne (Lorne) Black, Maria (Bob) Pettigrew, Lena (Bruno) Settimi and David (Susan). Cherished Nonno of Vincent, Raymond, Alicia, Kerry, Christopher and Andrea and proud great grandfather of Pasquale. Vincenzo, known to his friends and co-workers as Jimmy was employed for his entire life with the town of Fort Erie. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday May 29th at 1 pm. Interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family. The family extend their appreciation for the compassionate care provided by Dr. Scher, the nurses and staff of Douglas Memorial Hospital.
