Obituary of Aida L. Macdonald

MACDONALD, Aida Lucia (nee Pilato) - On Tuesday January 22, 2013, Aida passed away at the Hamilton General Hospital at the age of 62. Beloved mother of Melissa Macdonald, Craig (Kate) Macdonald and Steven Cox and his partner Katia Ciampa. Proud & loving Nonna of Abigail and Amelia. Dear sister of her twin Angela Gordon and also Louise Pagliacci, Isabella Pagliacci, John Pilato and Eugene Pilato. Aida will be sadly missed by her many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Joseph and Alfonsa Pilato and her sisters Mary Raj and Sarah Cruise. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. A funeral mass to celebrate Aida’s life will be held at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church on Saturday morning at 10 o’clock.
