I had the the honor of working under Rick for the past three years. Rick's a large part of why I've taken the direction that I have in my life. We shared many things over those three years. Rick's passion, leadership and integrity set him apart from anyone I've ever known. Rick was my boss, my mentor and my friend. Rick will always be someone I admire greatly.
