Obituary of Donald Dickson

Dickson, Donald Jr. Passed away suddenly at his home with his family by his side on Wednesday May 9th, 2012. Donny was born in Fort Erie on March 2nd, 1956. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Bonnie (nee Durante) and his three children, Laura (Mark DiBartolomeo), David Dickson and Kelsey (Jack Gibson). He will be greatly missed by his entire Durante Family, his father in law, Frank Durante, sisters in law Grace Maskell, Maria (Jim) Knowles, Gloria (Tim) Lagace and his brother in law Frank (Annette) Durante. Also survived by his mother Betty Dickson, sisters Wendy Everett, Karen (Jim) Vorstenbosch, and Diane Leonard. Uncle Donny had many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews that cherished him dearly. He will be always remembered by his many friends. Predeceased by his father Donald Dickson Sr. and mother in law Lucy Durante. Don started Fort Erie Metal Products in 1985 and built it from the ground up into a successful and respected business. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Friday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Services will be held in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Saturday at 12 noon. If so desired, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
