Obituary of Gerard Lacroix

Lacroix: Gerard W Passed away at the Douglas Memorial Hospital on Friday July 22, 2011 in his 81st year. Loving husband of nearly 60 year to Francoise "Fran”. Proud father of Cecile (Rob) Paxton, Gerard Jr (Cathy)., Guy (Nellie), and Lynn (Russell). Cherished grandfather of Marc, Krista, Geremie, Matthew, Andrew, Michael and Robert. Also survived by his daughter in law Margaret. Predeceased by his son Gilles. Gerry worked as a mutual clerk for the OJC for over 15 years retiring in 1995. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Monday July 25th from 6-9 pm. Funeral Services will be conducted in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. If so desired, donations to St. Michael’s Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
