I have shared 30 yrs of CFIA work conversations with Dave, that always ended with family conversations. Dave's key element for success was family. A man who clearly loved and respected his family, and who was so very proud of his children's accomplishments.
I will greatly miss those conversations.

I am still shocked at Dave's passing. I knew Dave socially; on and around the golf course. Nobody could "crack the whip" or dress in black on the hottest of sunny days like Dave. My deepest sympathies to his family and friends.

Please accept my condolences.
Dave was very dedicated to his job and was instrumental in making positive changes at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. What will be missed the most by his colleagues was his friendly personality and willingness to help someone when they needed it.
