To The Passero family
In the racing community, Frank was larger than life.
He was a big man who did things in almost a larger than life way.
I remember sitting in his office at the track on a Saturday morning where he kept repeating "I got that done".
He was a doer.
I was a part owner in number 12 of the fourteen horse win streak at Gulfstream Park.
We won the race, and the horse got claimed.
Frank, "you got that done."
The family should be comforted by his accomplishments and his memory.

Sherry and family...I was saddened to read of Frank's passing...and my thoughts are with you today.
Frank was always someone that I admired in racing because he truly marched to his own drum...he was a great asset to the Ontario racing game, the Ontario Jockey Club and a great supporter of mine in my various roles in the racing department. Right now he is probably sitting with the Racing Secretary in Heaven seeing where he needs help to fill a race!
He had that "larger than life" personality and his character can never be replaced on the Ontario racing scene. He will be sorely missed.

Sharon, we are sad to read of Frank's passing. We are proud to say we were part of his record setting at Woodbine and Gulfstream. I think Steve Klugman summed up Frank's horsemanship the best.
