Obituary of Sam Bocchicchio

BOCCHICCHIO Serafino "Sam” Born in Italy on July 25th, 1923, Serafino Bocchicchio passed away peacefully on July 9th, 2010 at the Douglas Memorial Hospital with his loving family at his side. Husband of the late Filomena Bocchicchio (2007). Cherished father of Paul Bocchicchio and Anne Marie (John) Pagliacci. Sadly missed by his grandchildren John Nicholas (Karlee) Pagliacci and Daniel Pagliacci. Also survived by his sister Giulietta in Italy and his brother Francesco in Australia. Benner Funeral Services 1105 Benner Ave. Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Monday July 12th from 2-4 and 7-9. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday July 13th at St Michael’s Roman Catholic Church at 11a.m. with interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery. Vigil Prayers will be offered in the funeral home on Monday at 3 pm. If so desired, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
