We were so shocked to hear the sad news on Rick's passing, expecially since we were celebrating a family occasion just less than 2 weeks before. Our deepest condolence go out to the Ballard family especially his twin sister Anne. May he rest in peace.

Our families are inextricably connected and will be forever. We have laughed together, we have cried together, we have celebrated together and most recently we have rejoiced together. Sadly, we have also deeply grieved together and that part seems to bond us even more.
Here we are today, in total disbelief at the loss of Rick and once more we are grieving profoundly with all of you. Our recollections of Rick will always bring a smile to our faces and warmth to our hearts. Although we cannot be with you on Monday, know that our thoughts and our prayers are with you all.
Love Pauline and Frank

Hello there: I am involved with Power Vac out of the Cambridge office. Please accept my condolences. I did not know Rick very well, but ever since I first met him about 10 years ago, he was always very courteous and pleasant company. I enjoyed the little time that I spent with him at various Hospital Engineering TradeShows. Again, please accept my sympathy. Regards, John Oudyk c/o Power Vac, 4-50 Goebel Avenue Cambridge Ontario N3C 1Z1 519-658-4140 x 23 joudyk@powervac.ca
