Obituary of Charles Francis Joyce

Joyce: Charles Francis Charles passed away at the Maple Park Lodge on Sunday May 15, 2011 in his 90th year. Beloved husband of the late Catharine. Proud father of Heather (John) McGuiness, Bonnie (Jim) Valliquette and Louis (Sally) Joyce. Cherished grandfather of Bryan McGuiness, Shauna (Tim) Ribaric, Kevin McGuiness, Andrew Valliquette, Steven Valliquette, , Nicole Joyce and Brittany Joyce. Great grandfather of Adalaide Ribaric. Sadly missed by his brother Lorne (Betty) Joyce and sister in law Elsie Joyce, his extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his brothers Sam and Edwin. Charlie served with the Royal Canadian Navy during WWII and later worked for 35 years with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Tuesday evening from 7-9. Funeral Services will be held in the Benner Funeral Chapel on Wednesday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment in McAffee Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
