Obituary of Pasquale Ianniello

IANNIELLO, Pasquale - On Sunday July 8th, 2018, Pasquale peacefully passed away, with his family by his side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital at the age of 87. He is survived by his loving wife Carmela, his cherished children Frank and Ida (Donald) Ross, his adoring grandchildren Danielle and Nicole Ross. He is also survived by his sister Maria (the late Giovanni) Ianniello and his brother Elio (Nina) Ianniello as well as in laws, Antonia (Angelo) Menchella, Giuseppe (Enza) Menchella, Domenico (Pasqualina) Menchella, Augusto (Arcangela) Menchella and Maria (the late Giovanni) Menchella. Sadly missed by his large extended family of nieces, nephews, great nieces, nephews and cousins. He is predeceased by his parents Ida Pasqualina Menchella and Francesco Ianniello, his sister Elvira (the late Gennaro Vellucci) Ianniello. Pasquale retired after a long career with CN Rail and was an active member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church. He was immensely proud of his family and took great pride in the upkeep of his gardens. He was a kind man who was always ready to lend a helping hand. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie has been entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive visitors on Tuesday, July 10th from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday, July 11th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Parish Prayers will be offered in the funeral home on Wednesday at 3:30. Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Thursday, July 12th at 10 a.m. at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church, 310 Central Ave., Fort Erie. Rite of Committal will follow at Pleasantview Memorial Gardens, Fonthill.
