Obituary of John David Burgess

John David Burgess passed away suddenly on Tuesday September 21, 2010 in his 72nd year. Survived by his loving wife Maryellen and his children Cheryl, Michael, Donald and Tracey. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren. Cremation has taken place. Contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
