Obituary of June Frances Halverson

Halverson, June Frances Passed away at Maple Park Lodge on Saturday February 19th, 2011 in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Lester. Proud mother of Sharon Dickson. Cherished grandmother of Brian Dickson and Glenn Dickson. Sadly missed by her sisters, Marylou Schaus and Dolores Brent. Also survived by her sister in law Alma Sullivan, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by 2 brothers and 3 sisters. June was a proud member for 58 years of the C.W.L. and a member of the St. Vincent De Paul Society. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday morning at 11 am. Parish prayers will be offered in the Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon at 3 pm Interment to follow in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Arthritis Society or the Fort Erie Catholic Woman’s League would be appreciated by the family.
