To Edwin, Elizabeth and entire extended family.
I am sorry to learn of the passing of your father.
I knew your father from the early 1960's, when he moved to Kingsmill Street in Fort Erie.
My family home was just a few doors away, and I wanted to meet the "new kids on the block"
I ventured over to welcome Louis and Paul and was welcomed with open arms. It soon became my home away from home. Always a fun place to be.
I learned about their harrowing escape from Hungary, eventually arriving to make a new life in Canada.
Louis and Paul were terrific fellows. Both had a terrific sense of humour and loved life to the fullest.
I remember being introduced to Hungarian food, and everything came with PAPRIKA!
Louis was 7 years my elder, but treated me like a younger brother. I will always remember Louis for his laughter and positive influence on life.
