We are heartbroken at the sudden passing of Jacob on May 23rd, 2024 at the age of 30. He will live forever in the heart of his partner Claudia Ayala. His loving daughter Lily Brooks and stepsons Eddie Bauslaugh and Adrien Bauslaugh will miss him deeply. Loving son of Kenneth (the late Lyn) and cherished brother of Emily (James). He is also survived by his Grandfather Alan Penn, Grandmother Lorraine (the late John) Brooks as well as many aunts, uncles and extended family.
We remember Jacob as a loving and caring individual who had so much ahead of him. His light will continue to shine in those left behind.
The family have entrusted arrangements with Benner Funeral Services and will celebrate his life with private services.
