Robinson, Leverne Ross
Passed away suddenly and peacefully May 15, 2024 with his loving family by his side at age 85. Verne is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Murielle Branicky Robinson. Loving father to Dale Robinson, Sharon Robinson Doerner, Donnie Robinson, Cathy Robinson, Jason Branicky (Toshiko) and Jessica Nick (Al). Proud and loving grandfather to Joshua and Jared Robinson, Jessie Neumann (Bryan), Damien and Elijah Robinson, Aiden, Kennedy and Jayna Nick, Leigh, Sheila, and Connor Richter. Loving great grandfather to Rowen and Seth Neumann and Emmylou Kaufhold. Loving uncle to his nieces and nephews. Friend to his furry ones – Apollo, Coco and Shadow. Verne is predeceased by his daughter in law Sandy Robinson, his sister Barbara Robinson and his parents Thelma and Albert Robinson. Verne loved his orchids and indoor plants, reading, puttering around and having coffee with the boys on Monday mornings. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie has been entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Tuesday May 21, 2024 from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael’s Roman Catholic Church on Wednesday, May 22nd at 11:00 A.M. Cremation to follow. A private family internment to take place. Donations in memory may be made to Fort Erie SPCA or Diabetes Canada.
