Obituary of Jerome Whillier
Jerome Patrick Whillier, loving husband, father and Papa, passed away peacefully on March 26, 2024 at the Greater Niagara General Hospital after a long and courageous battle with
COPD, with his family by his side.
Jerry is survived by his loving wife of 36 years, Carmela as well as his children, Jessica and Jeremy Whillier.
Proud Papa of six beautiful grandchildren -Jack, Mason, Jillian, Joni, Leo and Jesse.
Predeased by his parents Jack and Leona and also his father-in-law Calogero LoCastro.
He will be dearly missed by his siblings, Janette (George) Joanne (Keith) Julia, John (Janeth) and Jeffrey. His mother-in-law (Giovanna ) brother-in-law (Nuccio and sister-in-law, Cindy LoCastro)
Zia Rina and Zio Salvatore Frumusa, Zia Angela Manzella, his Nieces, Nephews and many Cousins.
His best friend Ron St. Jean will miss the times and all the adventures that they had together.
He loved his fur babies “The Girls” Pippa and Tillie. They will miss their daddy, who was the candy provider.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Benner Funeral Services.
Visitation will take place on Monday, April 1st 2024 from 4 to 7 pm at the funeral home.
A Funeral Mass will be on Tuesday, April 2, 2024 in the Benner Funeral Services Chapel at 10 a.m..
Donations in memory of Jerome may be made to the Diamond Blackfan Anemia Canada or Sick Kids Hospital,
as Jerry wished to honour his beautiful little warrior, Joni, who fought and won her battle with DBA.
