Obituary of Philip James MacMillan
Philip MacMillan passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on August 17th, 2023. Born in Toronto, ON on July 15th, 1959. He is Predeceased by parents, Donald Archibald MacMillan and Dorothy E (Langille) MacMillan. Survived by his loving wife of 42 years, Isobel MacMillan. Lovingly remembered by his children, Lisa (Mark) Kroll, Sarah (Kevin) Sager, Chelsea (Harry) Yau, his grandchildren, Ethan, Aubrey, Cohen, Brynley, Augustus & Phoenix and by his brothers & sisters, Donna MacMillan, Kim MacMillan, Ted MacMillan & Mary Coxon. Will be missed by many nieces and nephews and close friends.
We would like to provide special thanks Dr. Kim Scher, Dr. Richard Scott and all the health care workers who provided support to Philip throughout the end of his life.
Benner Funeral Services entrusted with arrangements. As per Philip’s wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service. A Celebration of life will be held privately with family members and friends at a later time. Flowers gratefully declined, donations in Philip's memory can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
