Arthur Brian Shedlowich, 66, of Fort Erie, ON, died peacefully at home on March 25, 2023 after a long battle with his health. Arthur spent many years as a horseman at Woodbine Racetrack before relocating to Fort Erie Racetrack where he remained until retirement. Arthur is survived by his wife, Mary Lynch, his two kids, Bryan and Shawna (Hope) Shedlowich, many extended  family members, and most notably his dog Winston. Arthur will be fondly remembered as someone who would give 110% to every person who crossed his path, and his light will continue to shine through the lives he has touched. Arthur’s sense of humour and kind demeanor will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Cremation has taken place and the family will be conducting a private ceremony at a later date. The family would like to thank the nurses and support staff at the Niagara Falls General Hospital, the PSW’s at Bayshore Homecare Solutions, and Marilyn Blais for all their kindness and compassion throughout the last year. In lieu of flowers, any donations can be directed to Heart Niagara.
