Ed passed away on December 22, 2022 at the St. Catharines General Hospital at the age of 81. Beloved husband of the late Evelyn (nee McDonald). Proud father of Kevin (Lisa), Ken (Cindy) and Ed Jr. and stepfather of Cory Swick. Cherished grandfather of Blake (David), Chelsea (Jordan), Brookelyn (Adam) and Cote and doting great grandfather to Jaxson, Hudson and MacKenzee. Sadly missed by his sister Jeannie and his extended family and many friends. Predeceased by his grandson Holden, his brother Larry as well as his parents Lloyd and Helen.
Many have benefited from Ed’s mechanical abilities, kind heart and giving spirit.
Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Wednesday December 28th from 6-9p.m. . Funeral Services will be conducted in the Funeral Chapel on Thursday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment to follow in Greenwood Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the Last Chance Horse Rescue or the Fort Erie S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
