Obituary of Shirley Nelson

It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Shirley Ann Nelson "nee White" at the Niagara General Hospital on November 21, 2022.

Cherished wife and best friend of Bill for 34 years. She will always be in the hearts of her son Paul, her daughter Heather, and her many special grandchildren.

Shirley was predeceased by her father Jack and mother Frieda.

She spent many happy years raising her goats, rabbits and birds and tending to her gardens.

Family and friends will gather at Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie on Sunday December 4th from 11 am until 11:30 at which time words of reflection and love will be shared to honour her life.

If so desired, a contribution to a charity for the wellbeing of animals would be a thoughtful tribute to Shirley.
