Hart : Evelyn “Evie”
With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved mom Evelyn “Evie” Hart. Evelyn passed away peacefully at Maple Park Lodge on Sat November 5th, 2022.
Predeceased by her husband Eric “Scotty”, her children Cathy and David, her brothers Bud, Archie, Ronnie, Carl, Jimmy, and sister Connie.
Forever loved by her children Doug, Carol (Wayne), Cindy (Fernando) Donnie, Bill (Dale), Bobby (Joan), Wayne (Michelle), Johnny (Dawn), three generations of grandchildren and her siblings Leon (Carol) and Dorothy (Jack).
Evelyn lived in Fort Erie for over 70 years and was known as “Ma” by everyone who knew her. Always ready with a warm smile and a cold beer, Evie welcomed everyone into her home with open arms.
The family send special thanks to Jack Donnelly, and the nurses, doctors, and support staff at Maple Park Lodge.
Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements where family and friends are invited to gather on Friday Nov 11th at 1 pm until the time of the funeral service at 2 o’clock.
A reception and time of celebration will take place at the Legion Br. 71 Fort Erie on December 10th from 2-9 pm. All are welcome.
