I will truly miss that beautiful smile and those shinning eyes that greeted me every morning and especially Fridays when she would ask me if it was "chilli" yet? My heartfelt sympathy to Kathi and Dunn the Mover family for your loss. We will all miss her and never forget her for the amazing way she made all of us feel so special to be part of the Dunn family. Rest in peace our "sweet darlin"

I was truly saddened to hear of Linda’s passing. What a huge loss in so many ways. Heart felt sympathy to family. Linda was very inspirational for me personally as a teenager growing up in Fort Erie, more so than anyone else in my life. The way she lived life and how she treated people stuck with me as an adult for sure. Her love of life & family, incredible generosity, big heart, huge work ethic and how she treated and communicated with people from all walks of life was eye opening inspiration for sure. Forty years later I still have vivid memories of things she did showing herself to be very human, kind, non judgmental, warm, funny, literally a gift to humanity. May her spirit live on in all those she touched, so many fond memories of her, gone too soon and certainly never ever forgotten, Rest In Peace you beautiful soul, I feel privileged to have known her!

Linda was a big sister/second mother to all of her staff, listening when they needed an ear, sharing in their joys, and offering her thoughts when she could. No other employer ever thanked me as they handed me a paycheque. She had a child-like joy and a joie de vivre like few others. I will always remember a Flutie Falkes box tucked in with the candy jar and the miniature school bus collection. Her generous heart and warm smile are missed.

My heart goes out to Kathi and all the family with their loss.
I have been with Dunn The Mover only a couple of years but long enough to recognize what a wonderful lady my boss was. I will always think of Linda as a ‘Southern Belle’ the way she always said ‘hello darlin’ in her pretty yellow office. And she would advise that I needed to take my vitamins referring to her chocolate bar jar. Linda made me feel special and she will be so missed. She will be smiling with the angels now handing out those chocolate bars.
