Dear Patrick, Catharine, Patricia, Jerome Jr., and family,
We were saddened to learn of Jerry’s passing. It has been quite some time since we all saw one another. Time and distance never let memories fade, especially when dear friends are concerned. Your parents chose us to be Godparents to Catharine (Godfather Rusty) and Jerome Jr., (Godmother Laura), which will always remain an honour. The last time we spoke, your Dad and I did a great deal of catching up. His cheery disposition and his devotion and his passion for life and the enormous void from your Mom’s passing, were all things he spoke about. He stressed how much he cherished his children and their families. He was blessed in so many ways. All of you are blessed to have had such a great Dad...such beautiful parents. We pray for the repose of his soul. We are sure he is smiling down on his beautiful legacy...his family.
Jerry, you made memorable impressions with Rusty, me and our girls. Our Catherine was so glad to surprise you with a visit a few years ago. Her husband Jeff only met you once but thought the world of you. They often mentioned that visit to Ridgeway.
Vichnaya Pamyat dear friend. Rest in the Lord. You have earned it. We are sure Ollie was happy to get the love of her life back.

My sincere sympathy to Patrick and all the O'Charchin family. I have the best of fond memories of Jerry, and it was always a delight to be in the presence of his consistently upbeat countenance whenever we randomly met on the sidewalks of downtown Ridgeway. God's blessings and comfort to all.
