Mrs. Coshan was one of the kindest ladies I have ever had the honour to have known. Going for a Dr. appointment was an affair...you needed time because she made sure to sit and talk to you, ask about everyone in the family...then Doc would come in and say ‘OK Lou.....out you go, I have work to do’! I loved them both dearly. Mrs. Coshan gave me numerous rides home from Norte Dame after a volleyball/basketball game or practice, I will never forget her kindness to me.
My condolences to her beautiful family that she was so fiercely proud of.....every time I ran into her she gave me a rundown on all of you. ....your Mom was a class act.

I first met Lou and Dr.Coshan at a regional Palliative Care event and was so impressed with their commitment to this program in its infant years.Later when I was involved with Gilmore Lodge, she was also volunteering for the Meals on Wheels program and together with a few other ladies we compiled an historical document of the tremendous outreach this program had in Fort Erie. Lou was so dedicated to these causes and willing to take on any task. She will be greatly missed in Fort Erie

My sincere condolences go out to Lou's family. Lou had a love for life itself and her legacy lives on in her daughters. We spent time over the phone more recently getting acquainted and I always enjoyed our conversations. As was with my mother, Lou's children's friends were her friends. It was very endearing to me that Lou took the time to reach out to me from time to time. I always made time for Lou because she was interested & reminded me of my dear mother. Much love, Misette Critelli

So sorry to hear of Mrs. Coshans passing, she was a light like few others to the world. I will miss her hugs, which she so often gave no matter whether it was 10 years between them and gave them where ever we happened to run into each other, church, the mall or on he street. She was a second mother on visits to see the Dr. Her glow was infectious and I always felt like I had been with an Angel from God whenever I saw her. Mrs. Coshan was truly one of God's people on earth. God bless you all, I envy the life you have lived, being in the presence of someone so beautiful inside and out. Rest in peace Mrs C, you are truly home.

Positive, caring, generous, passionate, understanding and lots of fun - she
was a presence in all good things happening in Fort Erie.
Our “Southern belle” will be, not only disappointed, but also “ ticked” to
miss the 90th birthday party she was planning for herself in July.

She was always ready with a kind word and a smile. She truly cared about people. Rest in Peace Lou, may our Lord and Saviour greet you with open arms and welcome you into Paradise. Love you.FRjGr

Fort Erie just got a little less interesting - but so glad Lou left us while well and happy! My sympathies to her beloved family!
