Obituary of Shirley Davidson

DAVIDSON, Shirley - Passed away at her residence on Saturday June 21, 2014 at the age of 90. Beloved wife of the late Garfield (2011). Devoted mother of Suzanne (David) Eng and Sandra (Terry Ackroyd) Slofstra. Proud grandmother of Samantha (Ben McDermott) and Michael Slofstra, Bryan (Anna), Stephen (Ashley Hiemstra) and Michelle (Greg Zavitz) Eng. Also survived by many nieces and nephews including Pearl McKay, Karen Faragalli and Barb Sherk. Family and friends will be received at BENNER FUNERAL SERVICES, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie on Tuesday June 24 from 6-9 p.m. Cremation has taken place A celebration of Shirley's life will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11 a.m. with private family inurnment to follow at a later date. If so desired, donations made to Heart and Stroke or the YMCA Strong Kids fund would be appreciated by her family.
