Dear Jane & Becky
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of your Mom. She was a lovely lady and played a large part in my growing up, being so close to Lois. She crossed my mind about a week ago, and Lois Anita notified me tonight. Your parents were very close to us and well respected and loved my many. I think I will always remember her playing bridge, which I di have the chance to do more than once, as we played in the Hospital Auxiliary bridge group. Always a lady and very happy and so pleasant to be with. I know you must have some wonderful memories as I do of those wonderful days. I live in B.C. now and have lost track of 'the old gang', but I did get to hug Marion at Lois Jane's celebration. Sharyn loved the clothes your mom always gave her and wore them often. Too small for me though. Once again my deepest sympathies in your loss.

She always had something kind to say to me whenever I met her. She and your dad were such good friends to my parents, Tessie and Des Smith. Jane, Becky and families. I am saddened to learn of Marion's death. I have such wonderful memories of spending time with Marion and Norm and Lois Jane. We played bridge the last time we were all together. I was very nervous but ended up laughing a lot. I will miss all those wonderful times. Sending hugs your way.

Becky and Jane and family
I was saddened to hear about the passing of your mother. I was just thinking of your family the other day and remembering the times we spent together. (All those Christmas Eves so long ago, among other events)
I know there is nothing I can do that will ease the pain of your loss but you are in my thoughts and prayers. And over time, the pain will ease and all the good memories will come flooding back.
