Obituary of Thomas Arthur Kingston

Kingston : Thomas Arthur Tom passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Friday April 1st, 2016 at the age of 86. Loving husband of over 58 yrs to Mary. Cherished father of Ed (Ann) Kingston, David Kingston (deceased), Kathleen (Shawn) Myer, John (Isabel) Kingston, Jeff (Pam) Kingston and Peter (Deborah) Kingston. Tom will be fondly remembered by his 7 grandchildren Kevin (Jamey), Kimberly, Nicole, Dale, Brooke, Stephanie and Nathan. Tom served as the Fort Erie Postmaster for many years and served as the President of the local Postal Union. An active member of St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church and the Knights of Columbus where he served as Past Grand Knight and Past District Deputy. Benner Funeral Services, 1105 Benner Ave., Fort Erie entrusted with arrangements. The family will receive friends on Sunday April 3rd from 2-4 & 7-9. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Michael's Roman Catholic Church on Monday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment to follow in St. Joseph's Cemetery. If so desired, donations to the St. Michael's Church Building Fund or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
